Terms of Use

1. The service

MirrorAI is an AI-powered style assistant. It analyses and compares photos of your outfits, gives scores and comments, and suggests outfits based on your event, the weather and your style preferences.

2. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you may use the App only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
• Your account is created through Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for keeping your device and Apple account secure.
• You may not transfer or sell your account to anyone else.

3. AI-generated content

Scores, comments and suggestions are generated automatically by an AI model. This content:

• is a subjective style assessment and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected;
• is meant for general inspiration and entertainment, and is not a substitute for professional styling, health, body-image or image-consulting advice;
• is not a judgement of your appearance or your worth.

Weather information comes from third parties and may not always be accurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI content or weather information, and decisions you make based on them are your own.

4. Your content

You own the photos you upload and the notes you add. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store and process that content, and to pass it to our service providers (e.g. for AI analysis), solely to provide the service to you. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights to the content you upload. You may upload a photo of another person only with their permission.

5. Acceptable use

When using the App, you agree not to:

• upload photos containing nudity or sexual content
• upload photos of children who are not in your care
• upload photos of other people without their permission, or otherwise violate anyone’s personality, privacy or intellectual property rights
• upload unlawful, hateful, harassing or violent content
• try to get around usage limits, or access the App or our servers by automated means or from outside the App
• reverse engineer, copy, modify or resell the App
• try to disrupt the operation or security of the service

6. Plans and credits

• Free: every account starts with 5 free analyses in total. This allowance does not renew.
• MirrorAI Pro: a monthly or yearly subscription that includes 40 analyses per monthly cycle. On the yearly plan, the allowance renews on the same day each month as your purchase date. Unused analyses do not carry over.
• Credits: one-time credit packs. Each credit is one analysis and is used once your plan allowance runs out. Credits do not expire while your account is open, and they cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
• Each outfit analysis, comparison, review or outfit suggestion uses one analysis.

We may change what plans include for future periods. We will tell you about such changes in advance, and they will not affect a period you have already paid for.

7. Payment, renewal and cancellation

• Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription on your iPhone under Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep Pro features until then.
• Deleting the App or your account does not cancel your subscription.
• Prices are shown in the App and on the App Store and may vary by country. Price changes are announced in advance in line with Apple’s rules.

All purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are subject to Apple’s policies and can be requested at reportaproblem.apple.com; we cannot issue refunds directly. To the extent consumer law allows, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services that are delivered immediately.

8. Intellectual property

The App, its design and software, and the MirrorAI name and logo belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the App Store Usage Rules.

9. Third-party services

The App relies on third-party services such as Apple, Anthropic, Supabase and RevenueCat. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for outages of these services or for issues arising from their own terms.

10. Termination

You can stop using the App at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms. If your account is closed for a breach, unused allowances and credits are not refunded, to the extent the law allows.

11. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no express or implied warranty that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages (e.g. loss of profits or data). Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not affect liability for intent or gross negligence, or any consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.

13. Apple-specific terms

Because you downloaded the App from the App Store, the following also applies:

• These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for the App and its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
• If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal compliance and consumer protection claims.
• We, not Apple, are responsible for investigating and resolving any claim that the App infringes a third party’s intellectual property rights.
• You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo and are not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will announce material changes in the App. If you keep using the App after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For consumer disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees have jurisdiction within the monetary limits set under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, and the Consumer Courts above those limits. If you live in another country, the mandatory consumer protection rules of that country still apply to you.
